Who doesn’t want to look young forever and get rid of lines, wrinkles, sagging skin, and lines in the corner or the eyes. This is everyone’s wish and the same wish has given rise to plastic surgery and daily men and women spend millions to remove defects from their faces and bodies and undergo various forms of painful treatments.

But.....do you know that there are many people whose faces are devoid of such defects despite increasing age?Inspite of months and years passing by , their faces seem fresh as if they have done plastic surgery. Their friends and relatives look at them and ask that "How come you are so young until now?" The beauty experts attest to the fact that just like the organs of the body remain strong and tight due to exercises similarly the facial muscles are also maintained in their place due to exercise. With these exercises you can make your face look younger a new. For this restructuring of the face you do not need any special devices, you just need your own hands, willpower and consistency. Lines , wrinkles and the sagging of skin are issues which are not related to the age but these are due to the weakness of the facial muscles and "ISTERKHA???" TRY THIS! You will find many people who are having a young age but have old looking faces.

This problem in the facial muscles also occurs due to intense cold and intense heat is also responsible for this.similarly, increase or decrease in weight all of a sudden in a short span of time, and dehydration also effect the face after making it dry.

In order to keep the skin in good condition, we need to keep the organs active and in good condition because our organs are just like an elastic band. With exercise they remain in their place and do not sag. In this way not only you can stay and look younger by exercise but you can also bring these organs back in their original position.

According to expert advice, before doing any of these facial exercises, put some good quality moisturizer on your face e.g. you can mix a few drops of glycerin in rosewater or "cream in honey ????" or you can cool  "baboona joshanda????? ??" and add honey in it as per requirement. Now after putting on your face with fingers or cotton ball, you can try below exercises. Each facial exercise should be repeated at least ten times according to the given instructions and if possible can be repeated more times. In the beginning you can start the exercises by doing them once daily but later on increase it to at least ten times daily and keep increasing to the extent that you start doing these exercises ten to fifteen minutes daily. For best results, do these exercises at least twice daily for at least three months. Whenever and wherever you get a chance, take 8 to 10 deep breaths in clean fresh air and keep practicing.

IMAGINE THIS:

After taking deep breaths imagine that cool clear water is flowing over your face and the soft radiance of the morning rising sun is being absorbed in your facial skin very softly. In addition also focus on the fact that what is the condition of your facial muscles. Is your face tensed? Jaws are not clenched? Is your mouth closed very tightly. Relax your forehead and swing your arms forwards and backwards with great force, this way your face will be free from all sorts of tension.

Now imagine that red fresh blood filled with oxygen is flowing through each and every part of your face and bringing nutrients which are getting absorbed into to each and every cell of your face.

A wave of energy is running through your entire being and a surge of beauty is rising within you and is flowing all over and towards your face.

EXERCISES:

1. Move your jaw left and right. Move it as far away as possible. This exercise is good for sagging chin.

2. Squeeze your lips and open your mouth wide while puckering your lips inside towards the teeth. In this way keep opening and closing your mouth, as if you are chewing something without teeth, this will decrease the lines on top of your upper lip.

3.Close your eyes tightly and squeeze your mouth. After a moment, move your eyebrows and then open your eyes as much as possible. This exercise makes stronger the eyes and the parts around them and the lines around the eyes which are also known as "crows feet" on the corner of the eyes are not formed.

4.Put your fingers on the outer corner of the eyes and pull towards the the temples with your fingers, this also prevents fine lines on the corner of the eyes.

5.Put both your hands on your cheeks and without moving the hands, and without your fingers, pull the parts under the eyes. This also makes wrinkles disappear

6.Put your thumbs on the cheekbones under the eyes and move them in circles with slight pressure. This will increase blood flow around the eyes.

7.Massage your all fingers on the face with slight pressure. This will remove tension and pain from the face. Whenever you feel tension in our face do this.

8.Pucker up your lips as much as possible like a fish's mouth and try to move them outwards. Simultaneoulsy close your eyes tightly and suck your cheeks inside. This exercise will make tight the muscles all over your face.

9.Open your mouth as wide as possible and move it in all directions as far as possible, while also pulling on your neck muscles along with this simultaneouly.This will make not only the jaw but also your neck strong.

10. Pucker up your lips and pull your mouth slowly in different directions, and your mouth should be like as if it is sucking onto something. This makes your dented cheeks start to become filled again.

Dont think these exercises are funny, the parts of the face as well the skin, and these exercises have good effect on the arteries, veins, nerves and lymphatic system. After doing these exercises you will feel that your face has become very active and fresh. The web of lines and wrinkles start appearing on your face at the age of 30 and that is why before they appear
